Rules for Using Ama's Stuff

Of course you can use my stuff on your site/blog/whatever. BUT! There are rules to using my little babies - read below.

 Rules - obey or pay

 Be sure to mention that I, Encyclopika/Ama, made whatever fanart you are posting. Easier and preferred, link back to this site. (This includes using fanart in videos and slideshows and anything else. If you use them at all, you must put credit or a link...look at it this way, you don't even have to ask! Just give credit! >>)

 Do NOT direct link.

 Be sure to mention that I, Encyclopika/Ama wrote whatever story/rant/poem you are linking to or posting.

 Do not maim *draw on/crop/recolor/anything* my drawings. That will seriously piss me off.

 You may NOT use my nickname "Toast" for Drew anywhere but on Serebii.net forums or in my guestbook. Make up your own, dammit.

 You may NOT repost any part of the Debate Wars Manga anywhere.

 You may NOT post any Fakemon and claim them as your own - and I have my own way of knowing what pictures are mine. They took me a long time to make up and bio.

 Ripoffs are fine -as long as YOU drew it- but they better be different somehow than mine - this goes for any fanart or made up Pokemon. And no, I'm not as anal as Suto-Raito if you use a POSE I have.

 Do not fake special event points/codes. If I find out you are faking it, you will not be eligible to claim any prizes ever again.

Consequences

If you do break one of the above rules, I WILL contact your sponser and most likely your site will be shut down. Then I will post up what you did and your name/site name in a Wall of Shame so we can all point and ROFL at you.

*Stealing is stupid, wrong, and just shows you're lazy as hell. Do the work and people will like you better.*
